Searching for a package only returns the top/latest version, even when explicitely asked for all versions

Toggles don't finish loading on Desktop on Windows if Connector is not properly loaded
If users experience the Connector bug on Windows that prevents environments from loading on first install, the toggles in the MCP page will not finish loading until the error screen is shown. When the error toast appears, the toggles finish loading.

Add a button to Desktop to view manual config command
As a user, I might be using an MCP client not listed on the MCP page in Anaconda Desktop. I would like to be able to see exactly what npm (or similar) command I should configure in my MCP client to get started manually.
